Source Cards
What is Source? What is the
unifying principle for all your marvelous and mysterious
threads?
When making Source cards in SoulCollage, we look for images
symbolizing that which "lies beneath, beyond and within everything," as
Seena Frost says. In SoulCollage source is "the
Unmanifest, the Mystery, the Ground of Being."
The Source images
we select are very personal, and it is natural for people
to bring their
spiritual experiences and
beliefs to the making of Source cards. All traditions are honored.
We do not write
"I am the One Who..." statements for Source cards,
because we can not really speak from or for Source. If we begin
writing from a card that seems like a Source card, the words
would most likely be coming from the
Council
of archetypes
or from
the
Committee of inner parts.
